How to forge and equip a weapon
Collect ore from defeated Dungeon enemies and return to the hub.
Approach Forge and keep Weapon selected in the lower-right corner.
Select ores from the right-hand inventory; selected materials appear in the slots below the forge.
Read the Preview panel on the left. It shows a weapon family and percentage; the multiplier below the selected materials is a separate readout.
Press Forge when the selection is ready.
Open Backpack → Weapon, select the result and press Equip. Test it on a familiar enemy before selling the previous weapon.
Why a four-material recipe can beat a random mix
Ricoko demonstrates a four-material forge while discussing a Celestial sword, then compares it with a random same-rarity mix. The useful lesson is to inspect the actual preview instead of adding materials just to increase the total.
At 1:07 the recorded preview reads Katana: 100% with a multiplier of 57. That percentage describes the displayed weapon family; it is not proof that a named Celestial item has a guaranteed 100% drop chance.
The exact ore quantities in that example are not legible enough in the reviewed capture to publish a reproducible recipe. We do not replace the missing recipe with a guessed ingredient list. You can still use the full forge procedure and compare the live preview before spending.
How to make and equip defensive gear
At Forge, switch from Weapon to Armor using the lower-right button.
Select materials and inspect whether the preview favours a helmet or body armor. The creator reports that changing material count changes the armor outcome.
Forge, then open Backpack and choose the matching Helmet or Armor tab.
Select the item and press Equip. Check the defense readout and repeat a manageable fight.
Keep crafting materials or sell for upgrades?
| Situation | Keep / sell decision |
|---|---|
| Your next forge needs the ore | Keep it until you have compared the intended preview. |
| You have unused ore and need upgrade coins | Sell the unwanted material; keep your intended forge inputs separate. |
| Your pack fills before combat becomes difficult | Visit Upgrade and compare the current Max Ore Count cost. |
| You are replacing an old sword | Equip and test the replacement before selling the old one. |
Ores mentioned in the beginner walkthrough
ItsChalls names emerald, crystals, gold, sapphire, rubies, fire crystal, amethyst, obsidian and plasma core while collecting dungeon loot. These are source-reported sightings, not a complete ore catalogue or a drop-rate table.
Use the item card and forge preview to compare your actual haul. The sources do not establish stable per-stage drop odds or a universal best ore mix.
